I love how the entire property and its staff just exudes elegance. From check-in to check out I felt heard and multiple staff took the time to show me around and make suggestions. The Traditional Turkish Bath was the highlight of my visit.
Needs more lighting especially when trying to get to the Pablo Esco Bar. I had a hard time finding the bar at night and ended up stepping in a huge mud pit.

Everything was perfect
They charged me a 200€ for service ? I dont know what did they mean since my reservation was all inclusive

Everything was amazing at the hotel. Gulshat the joy advisor was lovely and helpful.
The nightlife could be a bit better. The puppet arena could maybe have a bit more entertainment from like 8pm onwards possibly but other than that nothing.

Booked the hotel for my parents, they were very satisfied with the hotel taking into consideration that this is one of the most expensive hotels in that region.
