Classy hotel, lovely staff, nice spa
Felt the food at The Brasserie could have been better.

Amazing facilities, fairly clean room (just very dusty throughout and chips in wall plaster in various places), loved the sports bar for atmosphere and food
Expected the room to be spotless but unfortunately wasn't in a few places

It was welcoming and comfortable.
All staff were very friendly.
The room and bathroom needed a bit of redecoration.
