Hot breakfast very nice.
Disappointed no cereals available for breakfast if hot breakfast not wanted.

Nothing I didn’t like about property. Maybe an extra quilt and shower too hot but all good
Got a bit cold and the window in hallway wouldn’t close

It’s convenient and the staff are super helpful.
The Suite had a microwave oven, great, but no plates, dishes or cutlery of any description, so the microwave was useless. There’s was long black hairs in the bath and the pedal bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from the last occupants. The fish in batter on Sunday was barely cooked, the batter was white and not crispy. On Monday evening I ordered the lasagna and asked that the garlic bread not be to overcooked but it was rock hard, I couldn’t cut the lasagna, it was virtually a solid block and a knife and fork wouldn’t go through it, the lasagna was bone dry, no ragout just dried minced beef and no béchamel sauce at all, totally inedible, the waitress was so embarrassed at the state of the food, oh it was 5:30 pm so not even late..

Location great, the wedding we attended was beautiful & food evening before and at the wedding was delish
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the receptionist was rude when calling down for room service I was told this isn’t a thing (even though the leaflet in the room states it is) and was told when trying to order breakfast to our room we should come down and see how busy it is for our selves? And if we wanted room service we had to come down and order it??? Kinda defeats the object of room service 🤦🏻♀️
