It is a huge hotel, more business trip oriented. But the design is cute, the rooms are correct and clean. The staff is particularly helpful and nice, trying their best to assist you.
Location is nice also.

Location - easy to reach from the airport and close to metro and buses. Also close to the Arena Movistar for the concert
Room- comfortable
Breakfast - good selection and we enjoyed the offer of half price.
Room AC - it was difficult to set to low, and sometimes it got really cold, as unfortunately the AC blows directly onto the bed

The location is great, easy to move around, there is a metro station close. The room was good. The breakfast is great.
Everything was fine.

* Practical and well-located hotel, while still feeling modern and stylish.
* Underground parking is very convenient if you are travelling by car. However, the entrance and parking spaces can be quite challenging to navigate with a larger SUV.
* Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and modern stay.
* The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, which affected the comfort at night.
* The breakfast was disappointing in terms of quality.
* The coffee at breakfast was poor. The Lavazza coffee capsules provided in the room were much better.
