Nice large very comfortable room with a great bathroom and exceptional views of the sea and Vesuvius from our living room window. The hotel is in a stunning seafront location with fabulous sunsets and the food was lovely.
I liked this property a lot to be honest.

The view over the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius was absolutely sensational!
The staff were very friendly, especially in the bar and reception. The beach and the pool area were fabulous too.
The menu at the restaurant for evening meals was rather limited. When we ate there I had a main course only, and my husband ordered a starter and main. My main came with his starter, and then they started clearing the table as they had forgotten my husband's main course. It took 2 reminders to get his dinner with no apology. The waiter who took our room number at the end of the meal did apologise but only because we told him no-one else had.

Great location to explore the Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Loved the pool and the private beach - fantastic places to relax, swim and soak up the sun. Wished we had done more relaxing but there's so much to see that we found ourselves always on the go. We rented a car from Naples Airport which was definitely handy.

The pool and view were nice but let down by reception staff and manager!
The reception staff in particular the reception manager are very unhelpful and rude. I asked to change a date due to my father being taken seriously ill in hospital. Booking.com agreed to the change but the hotel would not. They couldn’t even give a good reason why and were very rude on reception and unsympathetic. The reception manager slammed her door and was unwilling to speak to me leaving her young stuff to deal with the situation! Very poor.
