Central location and close to water

The location, close to the metro. In a vibrant neighbourhood. Restaurants and cocktail bars on the same street. The sea views.
Nothing.

Great location and comfortable rooms
Rooms were noisy and lack of chairs on balcony or kettle in room. The breakfast could have had a better choice of fresh produce.

Beautiful historic building, could use some freshening up, tremendous potential. Staff were excellent and accommodating. Location is also great. Bed is a bit hard but that’s common in Italy it seems.
Needs some touch up work. Drink pour is a bit small.
