Friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable bed, a bathtub provided upon request, a clean room, and a comfortable temperature.
The lack of a small refrigerator and the fact that there were two separate beds instead of the advertised double bed.

Very clean, well kept. 25 inutes walk from centre of town. Close to tram restaurants. Not expensive. Excellent breakfast
Nothing.

Room is comfortable, silent, clean. Breakfast is very good quality. Beds are soft and comfortable. The location is very near to Pratestern station. You can reach to Viyana centre from this station easily.

The location is great.
It's important not to set high expectations when it comes to the rooms.
