Very good location. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Good breakfast.
First there were only one bath towel for person in the room. We asked at the reception and they provided immediately.

An excellent hotel in an area about 10–15 minutes by car from the city center.
The room was excellent, and the breakfast was 10/10, with a great variety of options. The service was absolutely outstanding.
What I didn’t like was that I had to stay at the hotel again for the last two nights of my trip when I returned to Vienna before departing from Vienna Airport. Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned or serviced on the second day, which was disappointing.

Everything you need for a stay in Vienna. Breakfasts were especially amazing, parking was very easy and the location was ideal near the motorway so easy to get to, and easy to get to the centre by public transport. The gym was also a lovely bonus too.
The parking was expensive - around 25Euros when we arrived late and left early.
It was pet friendly but when we arrived we discovered it was 25 Euros per night extra!
Decor was fine but a little soulless… there’s no way to tell you’re in Vienna.

The stay was good including breakfast
The pillow sheets were stained with blood - wasn't happy with that
