The breakfast selection and team were fabulous. Location is excellent.
Room number 7 the mattress was rock hard leading to body parts falling asleep before I did. I got no sleep. The room is nice otherwise. Perhaps a little noisy due to early morning kitchen noise.
I received a message after booking (non cancelable) that Booking dot com did not qualify for shuttle service, I complained, I am Swiss - this is NOT appropriate after booking/payment. They said call us on arrival. I did. I got music for 45 mins. Another family did as well. I took a taxi at 30 Swiss Franc. They should just eliminate this service for everyone - it is no service and destroys reputation before the guest even arrives.
