The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient to explore Paris. The little courtyards inside the hotel are charming and add a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are also clean and well-maintained.
This time, we stayed on the 4th floor, and unfortunately, the elevator wasn't working, which was quite inconvenient.
I also think one of the biggest things missing from the rooms is a coffee machine, such as a Nespresso. It would be a great addition and make the stay much more comfortable.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortable room and the staff were very nice.
Courtyard facing rooms can be a little noisy when guests arrive late/leave early.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is super quiet and in a very pretty srreet. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly.
The lift was not working. The bath tub did not have a plug.

Location. Easy access to bus, metro and a nice stroll to the river and Saint-Michel area. Safe area.
Staff. very nice, friendly and helpful.
Small and really outdated bathroom. No space to move comfortably nor to store your toiletries in the bathroom. Really low celling and overall uncomfortable to use space. The bed was way too soft and the noise insulation was poor.

"Close to everything including major metro. Restaurants less expensive as not too touristy"
