Good location, potentially lovely pair of small courtyard gardens, unfortunately spoilt by scaffolding and paint from ongoing building works. Breakfast, excellent choice of good quality food
Ongoing building works, pullout sofa bed almost impossible to open. Bedlinen and towels for the third person in the suite not anticipated.

The property was lovely and located in a wonderful area of Paris with 2 metros located nearby making it very accessible. There is a market outside every week! Rooms were small but good for the price, and clean. We would stay again.
Although we weren’t told there would be construction when we were staying, it didn’t affect our stay and we enjoyed ourselves throughout. The lift is also very small.

This was not our first time so we knew what to expect. Although rooms were small, they were clean and quiet, in a nice and less "touristy neighbourhood" about a 15-20 minute walk from the Gare de Lyon. Not fancy, but you are not paying for fancy; and the staff were polite and helpful.
The shower - it was difficult to figure out how to prevent the water from soaking the floor. But the upside was that the pressure was excellent!

It’s nice because it is near subways stations and it’s not too far from the center
Staff is never there and it’s very small
