A very good location. Ada who was in reception was so kind, considerably and could not have more helpful, polite and caring,
A little bit sad when we took a bath the jets were not working

Helpful friendly reception staff.
Upgraded to larger room, spacious bedroom by Paris standards, good a/c, wifi, small espresso machine, comfortable bed, location near metro.
Awkward narrow spiral staircase from ground floor bathroom to upstairs bedroom. Hard to navigate luggage and bathroom visits especially dark during night.
A number of things are worn out in the room - although clean, it needs a good refresh.

I had a very pleasant stay at Villa Lutèce Port Royal in Paris. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and the service really stood out. Nadia at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast attendant was also wonderful, always welcoming and making sure everything was well taken care of. Great hospitality and a very positive experience overall.
Nothing really to complain about.
