Gosh where to start? I absolutely LOVE this hotel. ❤️ The location, the decor and safety. Absolute 5*

I loved the room I stayed in. It was so clean, spaceous and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was incredible and the hot tub was a huge icing on the cake after long days walking around Florence. The staff here were so friendly, accommodating and attentive! They are all so lovely! The communal living rooms and break area were just STUNNING!
I loved the delicious breakfast! Gosh they can cook an omelete. The variety of food was incredible and having the refreshments all day until 8pm were a added bonus. 🤩👏
Thank you so much for singing me happy birthday with pancakes for breakfast! 🥰🥳 Thank you for my birthday chocolates too!! 😘

Location was terrific, building was magnificent, our studio room was large and comfortable, excellent breakfasts, staff was wonderful, beautiful courtyard!
Our only grievance was hearing footsteps and sounds of luggage being rolled on the floor in the suite over our bedroom on a couple of nights. When reported to the staff, they assured us they’d do all they could to mitigate.

The location if the hotel is convenient to everything you want to do and see in Florence.
The hotel us definitely starting to show its age snd everything seems somewhat dusty. The mattress was worn flat, the pillows were horrible pladtic bricks and the toiletries were generic motel quality. Additionally, breakfast seemed amatuerish and underwhelming. The woman who heads up the breakfast was unpleasant and the concierge was never there.
