Loved the fact that there was cheap onsite parking; it made the whole experience to Auckland that much better because we didn't have to worry about it!
We just couldn't get a hold of anyone (reception or housekeeping) when needing to request extra amenities for our room. There was a wedding on that night however so I know they would've been very busy!

The location is fairly handy.
Expected 2 x full-size double beds so was very disappointed on arrival at the size of the beds. Upon arrival at other hotels there are staff to help with your luggage, but not here.
