Good location, kids loved it.
Room was dirty, rainfall shower head blanked off, coffee/tea station dirty. Ladies dirty pants left in room which kids picked up.... Unfortunate miss by cleaning staff but offered free breakfast and couple of drinks.

The room was very warm and cosy, good breakfast too, The location suited us well for what we were doing, we only stayed 1 night but are definitely going to stay again and stay longer

Comfortable enough.
Abysmal check in experience. Long queue and only one person on the desk and each check in was extremely slow. It didnt help that other customers were booking meals in front of us and hadn’t made up their minds what they wanted before getting to the front of the queue.

Great location. Could be so good if modernised.
Rooms are dated. Staff were surly and lacking any customer care standards. Not looking at you when speaking to you and certainly not smiling. Getting room key took forever even though I had checked in online.
