Great location near to BTS, staff friendly and the ladies in the Executive Lounge charming, especially Annie who was extremely hard working, House keeping very good and pool staff helpful. Tha addition of the gym to the hotel is good.
nothing to note

Breakfast was amazing, location very central but crazy outside traffic and footfall wise!
Bedroom needs mirrors! Electric point in bathroom didn't work so needed an extension lead

Could not fault the Landmark Hotel. From location, cleanliness and staff. We will most definitely return. Could highly recommend to any style of traveller. You will not be disappointed.
Nothing.

There are a lot of lifts so you don't need to wait too long for one.
Parts of the hotel face the Soi Nana nightclubs and these blast out music until 3am. Even on the 18th floor the noise was stressful and terrible. It is outrageous that the hotel knowingly puts guests facing this area but does not warn them. It is unbelievable that the controlling family that owns the hotel hasn't 'sorted' out this issue with the local government.
We had a corner room with dual aspect but even though these cost more they are still relatively small.
