The location was 10/10, so close to Nana BTS. The staff was superfriendly and the room was so clean and fresh. The bed was amazing and the bedsheets were a really nice material. Was planning to stay only 2 days but stayed the rest of the stay here because it was such a good hotel.

Location was fantastic, less than 5 mins walk away from Nana station which is a few station away from Siam. There’s alot of food and convenient stores located within the vicinity of the hotel. Though the walking route to and fro the hotel has some dodgy bars, other than that location is pretty good.
The hotel is rather smelly, not sure if it is just the room allocated to me or the air conditioner but it smelt like dirty laundry/ sock throughout. But I only stayed for 2 nights so can’t be bothered to request for change of room. Staffs was overall okay, not the most hospitable- upon checkout, I requested for a bottle of water since the staff did not refill it for me on the 2nd day. I was being rudely told to pay for it. Staffs were more interested in their conversation rather than tending to guests, service definitely doesn’t feel like a 4 star. 2-3 stars at best
