Ideal location, beautifully spacious, incredibly helpful staff, absolutely first class.
Nothing big. Small things. A cold water tap that fell off (I worried about breaking the sink when it fell), slightly unstable metal panel above the toilet. Very small though.

Beautiful hotel which has been renovated to maintain a stylish historic feel with all the modern amenities of a 5 star hotel. The staff were exceptional, helpful, friendly and efficient.
