Receptionist Matthias is the best receptionist ever, so kind, so knowledgeable, we had many conversations with him. Room was standard, clean and spacious. Even though we were sharing bathrooms, we had our own sink
The bathrooms didn't have any handles or places to put our clothes

The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 3–4 minutes’ walk from the main railway station. The staff are brilliant – very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent.
The room is very small, but it offers good value for money. There was a slightly unpleasant smell in my room, but it didn't bother me after a few minutes.

Convenient location very close to central station. As billed, a basic room but clean and with comfortable bed. Useful to be able to leave luggage for the day after check out. Very steep and narrow stairs - ok with hand luggage but would be a challenge with large cases.
Receptionist rather grumpy, but helpful!
