Nice hotel with good size and clean rooms. Mini bus free service to the ferry was very handy. Staff was excellent.

All the amenities that we have come to expect at nH hotels. There is a shuttle that runs to and from the ferry to the city center.
The hotel is fairly quiet.
The breakfast is great. There is a wide variety of dishes to suite the needs of any guest.
There is a smoking area next to the benches where guests can wait for the shuttle. This can be unpleasant for non-smokers.

The attention and anticipation of the staff went above and beyond the usual. The room had a HUGE bed along with a built-in for clothes and suitcase storage. The bath was clean and modern. The bonus was WASHCLOTHS (Americans). The provided shuttle made access to Amsterdam Centraal especially easy. The bar/restaurant food was high quality and delicious.

Good size room and comfy bed
Staff were not very friendly. No info about facilities, breakfast included, just another guest.
