The staff were very friendly. I was given a room next to an alley were many tourists pass by to take pictures. I asked to change to a quieter room and they were nice to do so. The breakfast was also nice. The hotel is next to an alley and a neighbourhood that is walkable and nice for taking pictures.
The hotel is a bit away from areas where you get access to many restaurants, so you need to walk a bit to dine out. I booked a room with a view, but the view was not what I expected, so I decided to instead get a quieter room.

Hotel staff was amazing . America was one of the best host I have ever met. She provided us with early morning takeaway breakfast that had everything. The atmosphere is like at home and hotel is located in quiet area.

The boutique style.
Too far out and have to climb steep stairs with all your luggage. Very tiring to get all the way up there, as it is Cusco is on high elevation and was hard to breathe to go all the way up caring your bags.
