What I really liked was exactly the room I got. It had a little balcony so I could open the window and look on the street scene. It wasn’t perfectly quiet, but it was exactly what I wanted. The showers were hot. The room was clean and I felt very safe and protected. The breakfast was lovely and the staff especially the front desk. Rosie was Lovely!. I really enjoyed my stay here because I could get anywhere very quickly and I really like this area of Cusco❤️.

Great location. Room and bed were comfortable. Some staff very helpful regarding helping with large luggage. Balcony on 4th floor cool
Our fire alarm was triggered by a hot shower and we got a call and simultaneously knocking at the door whilst undressed being accused by staff of smoking in the room. I appreciate smoking in a hotel room is a serious offence however the smoke alarm is clearly improperly positioned/set up if a shower can set it off. The curtains on the window do not cover it properly and it leads out to the street so it lets light in and if someone was really trying they could see in. Doors & windows allowing a lot of sound in from all directions.
