Location is excellent and the staff was very helpful
The room was really very small, great view over the sea but just below our room we had a big tv screen on till 1 am and a lot of noise. No airco

Beautiful location but unfortunately very bad customer service after they double charged me.
I am absolutely devastated regarding the terrible customer service I received in this hotel where I have been staying 3 times per year for many years. They ignored 4 of my emails over a period of 2 months resulting in me having to book via booking.com. In April they double charged me. I sent the evidence and we decided that I would get a discount at my next stay. None of that information had been passed on so I had to prove all over again that I had been overcharged in April. There was no apology, not for overcharging and not for ignoring 3 emails. They just said that they had been very busy because they opened a second restaurant in Gravelines. After my stay I made a complaint and that complaint was ignored as well. For the first time I boycotted their restaurant and ate elsewhere. I went to 2 places where the service was a lot better and the price a lot lower.
