Comfortable lovely breakfast
Couldn’t book in until exactly the time. even tough I was only 10 min early had to wait in reception. Till exactly time.

Perfect stopover before or after the ferry crossing, clean and always a friendly reception, good communication. Free secure parking. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the shower is good. We often stay there and ask for extra pillows, this time they remembered and the extra pillows were already there for us, that's great customer service!

Location for car ferry, basic but good bed, clean, good breakfast for only €8. Safe parking behind closed gate at night, free
No English channel on tv
We had told them we would arrive after 9 pm and didn’t receive the gate and door code. Veronique solved the problem a few hours before we arrived.
We paid a few days before arrival and they wanted us to pay again after our stay. I refused and received an excuse later from the manager, it was their fault.

Friendly staff, especially the Duty Manager in the morning who got us a complimentary coffee, even though we had not purchased breakfast. It was a pleasant short walk into the village where we found a very nice Italian restaurant called Le Milano (BYO)
Room was very small. Window did not stay locked when in tilt mode. The whole window came into the room on swivel mode. As we were on the ground floor with the car park outside it was not safe to leave the window open at all at night, so the room was very hot. Outside terrace was out of use and in a bad state of repair so couldnt be used. Didn't have air conditioning in the rooms so very hot if the weather is fine
