The staff were very helpful, efficient, answered my questions. The room was small but it was exactly what I was after as it was only me and only for one night. The room was very clean, the bathroom facilities were very clean but there was only one toilet and shower for the floor from what I saw, this could lead to some issues if there are lots of people staying. I loved the old world charm of the hotel and the renovations done have continues to live up to that which I appreciated. Thank you for a lovely night stay.
The fact that there was only one shower and toilet for the floor that I was aware of, but at the same time there was never a point where I saw another guest or was delayed in using the facilities by another guest so this may be a moot point.
