Location is the best point. Rooms are also big enough for a family of four.
The rooms do not have facility to cook anything. Only microwave is provided but no cooking utensils. Staff was kind to provide eating bowls and spoons for the food which we got from outside.

Very spacious room for 3 adults. Good quality beds, easy walk to the scenic sights but far enough away from the frantic hustle and bustle of tourists crowds. Many amenities if traveling with a pet.

I really liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked that the entry to the room was on concrete, because ~ Rain, and I liked that the bed and the rest of the room was elevated. It really helped keep things clean and tidy. The bed was probably one of the best I've slept on while in Japan. I was there for a month and had several different places I stayed so it was easy to compare.
I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Relative to all the 4 other places I stayed, this was easily the worst. Every day it was three different bread options and this really surprised me, especially considering the cost of the stay. I realize to some this may be a non issue but when you've seen the standard elsewhere on repeat, it was such a bummer.

The room was a decent size for two people. Kitchen was a good addition.
Shower head wasn’t fixed - made it awkward to shower and ensure we kept the floor clean.
