The location was good , we always stay a bit further along vrysoudian , it was around an 18 minute walk for us to go into the bottom end of Pernera (Panis bar) and the same to cottage house on vrysoudian , close walk to golden cost harbour.
Was fairly quiet apart from a couple of dogs close by who could bark for a long time but this could be due to them being left outside.
The pool was clean and cleaned during our stay however we didn’t use it due to it not getting any sun on it during our October stay and I always find the sea warmer at this time of year . It had nice landscaping around the pool , we stayed in a newish more expensive villa in August and I mentioned that there was no greenery no plants and it felt a bit sterile , so this was a good plus.
There was a couple of bottles of water left and some orange juice which was nice , plenty of toilet roll for our stay usually you only get 1 roll per toilet. We didn’t cook as we enjoy trying local tavernas but seemed to be enough pots if you did wish to, bbq was clean and had skewers available but again we didn’t use but there If you want to.
Decent hairdryer available for use that is kept in main bedroom wardrobe, and plenty of towels for our stay.
Plenty of tv channels from sky sports to drama to films on the tv box , think they may also be available in Cypriot and German language also , and a small collection of reading books.
Just a pointer but there is only one mirror in master bedroom, so if it’s couples that are going especially women , there wouldn’t be nowhere for them to see how they are drying their hair or doing their make up etc
Also a bedroom waste bin would be handy in each bedroom.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the actual current property which leaves me to believe they were taken on the day the villa was brand new , booking a property when you are choosing it because of the marketing photos is all you can go by, assuming the images are up to date, and then realise when you arrive they are old photos.
Mattress on the main bed was awful, rock hard and the supplied pillows were devoid of any filling leaving them very flat , every day our backs were in bits, and considered sleeping on the sofa. One pointer that always gets me is places that don’t use any mattress or pillow protectors and again the same for this villa.
Noticed when we went to sit on one of the rattan style chairs in the garden it was broken on one side and didn’t notice this until sitting and the base went down as separated from the side rail.
Some of the older plastic handled cutlery had bits missing from the handles , so maybe throw them out and just stick to full stainless steel ones there was plenty of others to use so just get rid of broken/older ones as it can make a property look uncared for.
Whether the actual owner visits this property I don’t know but it’s the smaller things guests notice like light bulbs that don’t work , or you have to move a sofa because you have dropped something that’s rolled underneath to find drink splatters that the cleaners only mop around the furniture , but it makes a person think how many more corners have been cut. Reinvest some of the rental income into replacing pillows , update photos to represent the property as it is as other people may get annoyed at being misled ( not the first time for us).

Lovely size for our family. Spacious.
It needs to be modernised.
The bed mattresses were like cardboard my back was stiff as anything when I woke up.
There was no pan to boil anything only a huge pan but there was about 4 frying pans. It was all mismatch with glasses and cups. It is just the little things that make the huge difference. Could have had someone come in on day 7 to give a quick tidy on a 10 day stay.
