False advertising, disgusting, and management couldn't care less. Do NOT stay here.
Our week-long stay was an absolute nightmare—hands down the worst rental experience we’ve ever had.
First, the Booking.com listing is blatant false advertising. It claims "400m from beach" based on their map pin, but it's actually 850m away—more than double. Location was crucial because my wife is in advanced pregnancy. She could manage 300–400m, but walking nearly a kilometer each way was very hard on her, forcing us to stop once or twice every trip so she could rest.
The villa was filthy upon arrival. We found stray hair and a used hairband in the bathtub, a dirty towel behind the bedroom door, and a layer of grime on the shower floor you could scrape off with a finger. Even the hand soap was watered down.
The place is completely neglected: cracking paint, ancient beat-up furniture, and an active ant nest by the back door sending a stream of ants inside. The owner promised pest control "as soon as possible," but no one ever showed up.
The double bed in the main room was unusable. Any slight movement produced severe squeaking that made sleep impossible. Management refused to send anyone to inspect it, claiming "no previous complaints," and dragged out template responses about "working on a solution" for our entire stay. Worse, they suggested my pregnant wife and I sleep on our young kids' small beds. We ended up giving the kids the main room and sleeping on the sofa ourselves.
To top it off, right before checkout, they sent a passive-aggressive message threatening extra fees if we left unwashed dishes—astounding nerve for a company that couldn't provide basic livable conditions.
I have recorded video and photo evidence of both the ant infestation and the bed sound levels. Avoid this property and management company at all costs. They lie about location, deliver a dirty, broken house, and ignore you with canned emails when real issues arise.
