Clean and spacious apartment in a good location and close to a metro station. There is a very convenient restaurant in the building with good food at good prices.
The hot water heater is too small for such an apartment. Maybe 20-30 liters. There were 5 of us and we had to shower on schedule :)
In front of the apartment there are garbage containers, which are taken out every night at 0:00 in an extremely noisy manner.

Posizione ottimale per muoversi con la metro a pochi passi. Nei pressi diversi bar, pizzerie e ristoranti per mangiare in funzione di quanto spendere. Ottima esperienza

The location
Not really furnished. The coffe machine was without coffe filters, there is not a communal space to share.

"The apartment is located near the amenities, rooms are soundproofed and clean. Marina was amazing. We highly recommend this gem."
