I would not book here. It was dirty, the floors are dirty, the small kitchen they have was dirty, dirty dishes, walls, oven, all dirty. I messaged Laura about it she said she would have the cleaning lady come back and clean. The cleaning lady came when we left and when we came back it was still dirty. The A/C does not work like at all. The place is hot all day and night. Not a comfortable stay at all. Very dusty. The bathroom was dirty too. Hair in the tub also the shower curtains were dirty. Laura was responsive. That was a plus. When you think of Visiting Rome all the way from across the world 🌎 you do not think you would come to a place like this to stay. The photos are misleading. The entry is not what it looks like. Loud. It’s in a good spot as far as being a tourist but that’s it. Do NOT book here. Pay the extra and go elsewhere. Also there were fans in the apartment BUT they were also dusty so if you use them prepare to cough all night.

10 / 10

1-2 miles from everything in downtown Rome. Plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance from the stay that makes everything super convenient

8 / 10

It was great. Nice apartment and nice neighborhood.

6 / 10

It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard.

At First I had the wrong address, because it was the only one I found. But the apartment was clean and everything worked smoothly.
