Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, very clean and good location
Hot water only available 6-midday and 5-midnight (or thereabouts). So no shower in check in or if you have to leave early for a bus

Location is great.
We stay only one night.
We did not try breakfast.
It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Ok for a night but not more.
Hot water is scheduled. It's not written on booking but it's very annoying. Be sure to be in your room during the hours.
