This is a nice hotel, basic facilities but a really nice atmosphere about it. The staff were really good, very patient and kind with someone with extremely poor Spanish language skills. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the Witch's Market, a good supermarket, food outlets, ATMs and the old Centro Historico. It's a very short walk to the bus terminal and central station for the cable car . All at a very reasonable price. I'd definitely stay there again.

Good central location. Decent breakfast served from 0730-0900. Secure luggage storage. Kind staff.
Cold room (luckily had an extra bed for more blankets), only one towel provided (2 adults)- but did give a second on request.
Poor Wi-Fi signal.
Odd smell from bathroom.
Windows without curtains- very light early!
