Clean. Convenient location. All facilities needed for a more home like stay. Clear instructions for check in & check out. Reasonably priced. Able to store luggage after check out.
1) We booked two separate rooms side by side, so able to find the utensils provided are not identical, eg one room has a toaster while the other does not. No lid for the pot. It will be nice to have identical items. A toaster should be provided.
2) The access code is provided on day of check in but would be nice if provided a day earlier as guests may be international, need to account for time difference & flying times. Upon arrival, wi fi connection may not be smooth, so getting the access code information will be difficult.
3) We booked via Bookings.com. When we have queries, email has to go through the platform, then to Sif Apartments, the reply got delayed and not useful in time.

Nice layout of apartment with openable class balcony. Master bed large with 2 single beds in second room.
Parking garage with easy access, however, have to use the PARKA app which is extremely confusing and paid 30 EUR for each overnight stay in carpark. When trying to use the pay machine, it was broken. If not for the excellent apartment, we would not return there because of parking payment issues.

Amazing apartment, all the facilities you need. Very comfortable bed. Have stayed in many locations in Reykjavik- this is the best. You can literally walk everywhere. Close to supermarked Bónus. Quiet neighbourhood- less touristic. Storage room available upon early arrival. Excellent transfer options to Keflavík Airport. Had a question about floor heating, got a response from the host immediately.
If something, some alternative lighting to the ceiling spots would make the atmosphere more cosy.

Location and large space. New feel
Smell in overall apartment, unclear if temperature controls, no hooks or shelves in bathroom . No tv in living room.
