Great stay, spacious and comfortable

Great location, clean, spacious with a balcony, well equipped for cooking, washing machine , efficient and fast service , nearby Teykavik centre easy walking, many restaurants nearby

Book for a free parking spot as stated but it’s not a dedicated parking spot. Still have to go look and book the nearest free parking spot as other apartments. Lucky this place easy to get parking during our time here;

False advertising.

We booked the room with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room because we needed three seperate sleeping areas. Despite asking in advance and being told this would be done it didn’t happen. When we tried to ask for help we were stuck in am auto response system and then the human respondent asked why two bedrooms wasn’t enough! Not good enough and no refund was offered.

Not as advertised - see above. Also no free parking unless the area directly outside is available. We had to pay. Also unhelpful staff and useless automated system.

High cost penthouse stay with multiple issues

Easy to gain access with keyless key pad at entrance.

We paid a high cost for this modern style penthouse expecting good amenities. Instead we encountered multiple issues with the apartment. First, the electricity blew out multiple times during our one night stay. We contacted customer service for assistance, but they did not know where the fuse box was located in the apartment and initially misdirected us to look in the front closet area and outside. Eventually after searching the whole apartment ourselves, we found the fuse box on our own in the laundry room. We had to reset the tripped circuit multiple times which seemed to be tripped whenever we plugged in our converters. There is also a very strong odor from the sewage system in the bathroom. Simply closing the door to the bathroom did not help mitigate the smell. We also found crackers around the trash bin and hair on the bedsheets indicating that the apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, during our stay, another unit in the building set off their fire alarm, resulting in the loud fire alarm going off in ALL of the units in the building. We had to vacate the apartment and wait outside for assistance to come to reset the fire alarm which took ~20 minutes. After expressing all of our concerns with management all that was offered to us was late check out the next day which was not even feasible for us given our itinerary. Overall we are greatly disappointed with this property given then higher cost per night.
