A little hard to find down the side street, but location is so central.

Plenty of space and good facilities. Surprisingly quiet at night for a city centre location. Simple check-in with good communication from the owners.
Carpets were stained and a few things broken, but to be expected for the price. Found the £50 deposit to a bank account a bit odd but it was fine, got my refund within about 12 hours.

- note you are required to bank transfer a deposit after paying for the accommodation in full as well as email a copy of a document with your age and name in advance otherwise you won’t be able to check in
- fridge noisy making it difficult to sleep
- no window in the bathroom means it smells v musty
- a bit dated
