The location is really excellent, as we travelled by train, and we were offered the opportunity to leave our luggage there even outside the check-in times. I found the room on the third floor perfect. Sharing a bathroom with just one other guest was no problem.
On one night there was a lot of noise coming from the cocktail bar next to the guesthouse. But I was warned for that! And at a certain moment it was quiet again.

Sergio was really helpful, understanding, and friendly. The whole B&B was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideally situated, close to all attractions like the Roman Baths and 5 minutes walk from the train station.
Perhaps a little more variety in breakfast but for what it is and ultimately the cost can't really complain.
Not Sergio or any of the staffs fault as its out of their control, but the loud Wednesday night student nights

Lovely accommodation, cosy up on the top floor
Noisy bar, but I was warned about this so the property did their best, and the noise does stop around 11pm
