The breakfast was very good with aircon, choice of cooked foods (eggs, meats). Our breakfasts were free, included with our room booking, and we enjoyed the breakfast each day. Also have choices of fruits, pastries, toast, and other foods. The location is good: Big market, 7-11, Lotus Fresh, cafes, restuarants, live night music, massage - all within 5 minutes walk. The BEST restuaruant is 'Anniversary' - amazing, not to be missed! We requested our balcony room to have the view in the back (lots of trees, greenery, part of the nearby temple grounds) rather than the busy noisy street. Staff are helpful and polite. Luggage has a small elevator / lift so you do not need to carry your luggage upstairs.
Although the location has advantages (see my comments above) the road in the front of the hotel is very busy with much traffic.

The breakfast was great. The breakfast room is quite lovely. The flavor and choices of the food were excellent. A mix of western and Asian.
This was my second stay within a week. My only issue with this one was the room we had, the bed didn't have a headboard so sitting up to watch TV was a bit uncomfortable. A second set of pillows would solve that issue for me.

Exactly how it was promoted on website. Rooms well maintained informative & helpful owner. Good breakfast eggs made to order. Good location right on the moat.
Lack of headboard for support watching tv & general support was a small issue.
