Wonderful stay at Hjartarstaðir Guesthouse! A cozy, comfortable place in a peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing night in Iceland.

Great location, zero light pollution. We managed to see our first Northern lights just from our window in this accommodation. Very peaceful and serene.
The kitchenette was great and we managed to cook a great dinner.
The only minor point would be soundproofing isn't great, we had a conversation in normal volume but the neighbours knocked on the hush us which detracted from the experience.

This one of the best places we stayed while in Iceland. It's not much far away from the city. The room is very new with facilities that made me feel like home.

Everything was perfect. The location was really quiet and quaint. Great location if you want to head over too see the puffins at Borgarfjörður eystri.
Nothing to not like.
