Breakfast and location were supreme. In addition it was a pure delight to sit by the coal fire after walking in the rain around the loch. The place was cozy and warm as were the staff.
I wish I could have stayed longer.

Andrew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was pristine. He lit a gorgeous fire for our delicious home cooked breakfast.
I understand from Andrew that some folk don’t like the puppets. But they are fascinating. It’s a very characterful place to stay. Not sterile, full of personality. Highly recommend. Plus he is a brilliant cook and breakfast was outstanding.
