Rosebud Motel is in a great location. Close to beaches and ample of food options. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing !

Loved the cleanliness and facilities inside the room. We didn't use the kitchen so can't comment there.
When the heating was turned on it seemed to pull on the power of the lights at times.

It was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and amazing staff. Right accross from the beach and close to everything we needed.

Location is 5 *****, Room is 3 *** (potentially could be 4 **** with improvements). On the whole, it was good value for the location. Communal room was a bonus.
We had blue towels, not white, quality was average. Our room was number 2. During the night, the people or persons in room number 3 was/were playing loud computer games and their TV blaring way past 1- 2am. We got very little sleep. It suggests the walls must be very thin.
The communal room with billiard table and eating amenities was very handy, however, cleanliness could be much better. Additionally, the heating control was not available (apparently got stolen in the past but never replaced). The furniture was faded and showed its age. Outdoor seating outside the rooms was also showing wear and tear.
