A little maintenance would go a long way, but you get what you pay for and this property met my needs at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable, the shower very good and the location handy, so that's all I ask for really.
The hot water at the hand basin took ages to flow hot. Oddly, and thankfully, the shower didn't suffer this affliction.
