Great location for the main railway station, functional and clean room, excellent value for money, highly recommended for a short stay.

The location was great. Breakfast and staff, particularly at the breakfast buffet were amazing too. The room size was as described and so were the facilities, so no issues there (read descriptions when booking). The room was very clean. The Japanese-style toilet was great and books in the room were a nice touch.
We knew what we chose, so no issues with futon-style beds and the size of the rooms. Might not be a good fit for everyone's needs. I wish the bathroom had a little more space, but I don't think those will be remodelled anytime soon. The bathroom steam/alarm caution issue was a bit annoying.

I love Japanese culture and wanted to learn more about it, which is why I chose this hotel.
I loved the minimalist design, the varied breakfast selection, and the convenience of being able to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.
I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were attentive, and the room was clean.
Having a luggage scale in the lobby was a real bonus for a guest like me!
Would be nice to have a bottle of water and coffee in the room

Close to the main station in Frankfurt
The room was smelling very bad like humidity, the hotel is in a good location but is a dangerous area we had to be careful all time.
