This place was great. The side street was quiet at night. Beds were good. Clean. Plumbing didn’t moan or throb, plenty of hot water. Sofa was comfortable to sit on. Spacious. Nicely decorated, and the windows opened for fresh air. High ceilings, some elegance to the place. Excellent lighting. The partial wall between the living room and big bedroom didn’t bother me since the sliding doors could close up the wall for privacy. A large Monoprix is close by for groceries. Bus lines, Pyramid Metro near the Monoprix. Taxi stand is in front of l’Opéra Garnier. Having access to the apartment’s washing machine / dryer was great. Instructions to access the property were detailed and perfect. Lots of cafes are nearby. Closet spaces, with hangers. Enjoyed our stay!
Kitchen was small and so-so. Couldn’t figure out the microwave, but that’s just me. The stairs down to ground floor are narrow and spiral, (but with a good handrail). That’s typical for the older parts of Paris. There is an old elevator but the apartment instructions says not to use it. The bathrooms stank and they don’t have a fan. Only one toilet. There are unexpected small steps around the apartment which may be a hazard for some people. Early checkout time. (10 am)

Fully furnished apartment with all necessary equipment. The location of the apartment was wonderful.
It would be better if there were 2 toilets.
