Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience that ruined our entire holiday The apartment was not cleaned or ready at the confirmed 14:00 check-in, and we had to wait around three hours to enter instead of enjoying the town or having a needed rest. We witnessed the “cleaning process” ourselves, including the cleaner wearing the same dirty shoes from outside while cleaning and placing the supposedly clean bed sheets directly on dirty surfaces. The sofa that was supposed to accommodate two people was also broken. The most serious issue came that same night: at around 22:30, the electronic lock failed and we were locked out for more than three hours. Despite repeated calls and messages, Sweett was extremely difficult to reach — calls were not answered, messages were ignored. We finally regained access around 01:30 with the help of an emergency locksmith, who requested us to pay and leaving us with a compromised door and no feeling of security as we had to sleep with an open, broken door. One member of our group was pregnant and another needed medication that was locked inside the apartment. The following day, communication remained virtually nonexistent. More than 20 calls went unanswered, promised callbacks never came, and we were left unsure whether we would even have safe access to our accommodation that night. The biggest issue was not simply that things went wrong — it was that when they did, there was effectively nobody there to help. If you are considering staying here, think very carefully about whether you are comfortable relying on this company Sweet when something goes wrong.

Perfect place to stay close to the heart of Paris

It was the best place to stay for a week for a family! Everything was so close we barely used any public communication, there was plenty of restaurants and shops right around the corner. The apartment was spacious enough for 4 persons, beds were really comfortable! Overall, it included everything we needed and the slippers were such a nice addition. Checking in and out was easy and well explained. Contact with the staff was also super easy and everyone was very kind 🥰 I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone, it was comfortable, safe and very, very clean!

Great location, Apartment is nice and in a really quite street. Security is good as well.

The location is perfect, walking distance to great food and bustling areas of the 2nd, 6th and 9th Arr. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Apt on the First floor with 3 bathrooms. Wish the on-suite bedroom had a toilet though, would have been ideal.

The property is a bit dated, and fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, but a really great space nonetheless.

£530 for two nights with cold showers and no resolution — extremely disappointing and not recommended.

The apartment itself was spacious, modern and in a good location.

Very disappointing stay. The showers were cold throughout our entire two-night stay. We reported the problem but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve it while we were there. After spending £530 for two nights, we at least asked for a late checkout given the inconvenience, but even that was refused. We left extremely disappointed and felt the stay was a complete waste of money. I would not stay here again and could not recommend it.
