Quirky and homely. Cosy and full of character.
The rooms need a refresh - particularly the bathrooms. And the heating needs to be sorted.

The location was perfect for our stay, just minutes from the high st. The accommodation was perfect for us, just two steps to negotiate. The food we purchased was delicious and excellent value and the breakfast included in the accommodation was a great choice and freshly prepared.
Nothing we didn't like but very deep step to access this beautiful old building, however later found out side door was available which we used during our stay.

Historic building in the heart for Ledbury with attentive staff and character accomodation
There was no hot water to wash or shower with.
Mattress was past its best in terms of comfort.
Those two factors meant a poor night sleep with no ability to refresh in the shower = Not Value for Money
