Everything!
Nothing really, everything was nice and perfect! My only one recommendation is to include hair conditioner in the shower. 😬

A wonderful apartment. Well laid out, all the appliances you could possibly need, including a washing machine. Secure entry. Comfortable and very clean and well maintained. Also good, was having a secure space to leave your luggage on day of check in or check out. Fantastic location, right next to the Royal Mile. Would definitely come back here.

space, location and cleanliness
mezzanine bed is comfortable, but not much space around the bed for access.

Location, space
Scarcity of towels/supplies to clean. One towel in kitchen is insufficient. Sofa was hard as a rock, not comfortable. There is room to put a lift in where the stairs are located. Cheap covering for windows in kitchen instead of installing curtains. No conditioner, only body wash and shampoo in containers that are failing. Hard to push down - perhaps reused too much. No instructions for heat or washer.
