We were very impressed with Murshed at reception. He was very kind and helpful and is an excellent ambassador for the Loch Long Hotel.
Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely spend time in the Loch Long Hotel again.
Many thanks.

I booked a single room last minute for 1 night. Price was great, room was ample size for 1 person. Views from the 4th floor were superb overlooking the Loch. Left early so didnt stay for breakfast and ate out at night. If i had stayed in the area any longer i would have gladly stayed here for longer.
Bed and pillows could have been better.

The room was spotless modern spacious and very comfortable, my meal was really good and breakfast was 5 star.
Value for money it was excellent, best stay i have had at the hotel.
Hard to say anything negative but the restaurant maybe closed a little early.

Great value for money given the location. We always use this hotel as a stop off point on our long journey to the highlands.
Lovely being so close to the loch
We have stayed many times and never had issues but must have just been unlucky this time:
The staff at the reception was confusing to talk to and wasn’t very engaging giving mixed messages about breakfast availability and where to park. The rest of the staff were lovely though.
The shower in our room (111) was blocked so the basin filled up after 5 seconds of using the shower. The mattresses were also very sagged in the middle and the whole room needed a bit of a makeover (marks on walls and poorly painted over cracks/ damage on walls)
