Staying in a palazzo was magical. Very centrally located within walking distance to wonderful piazzas, restaurants and shops.

the reception stall , security were very friendly and accommodating.
the room, cleanliness and location are a 10/10.
the roof roof top bar and views are amazing
breakfast was minimal not what i would expect for the 5 star hotel. the breakfast staff was very unfriendly and not accommodating, very disappointing

Location was great, but the amenities were sparse. I enjoyed the bar but couldn’t sit where I was hoping, despite having a reservation and being a hotel guest. The staff of the hotel were excellent
Being able to have priority seating up at the bar if you’re a guest at the hotel with a reservation.
