A corner room was allocated. very comfortable. We ordered room-service and enjoyed it. Staff at reception, room service were very polite, friendly and helpful. Location is very good.
We stayed in Aloft Deira Dubai and both are exceptional service.
Room Service Dinner charges seem to be on a high side, please look into it.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful
We were in room 619 and the shower handle was broken. Honestly we didn’t ask for room change.

Location is good and had some good options for dinner!
Breakfast was same every day but it had options! They have wonderful staff, especially all the girls and boys in the dining area!
The rooms have a terrible smell, and it was difficult to stay; i dreaded the evening! That cannot be healthy for anyone! In addition they spray too many chemicals including in bedding (which i witnessed myself), this will get on your body, on your lungs and it is not healthy!
