Gosh this place was amazing. Hard to say what stood out the most. The staff was absolutely incredible. They all had the mindset that they were hosting us as their guests, and they waited on his hand and foot and were 100% cheerful.
The grounds were absolutely beautiful, and the bedrooms were spotless and generously sized.
The location was great, and we could walk to stores and whatnot.
Since I was alone in a room I didn't need any housekeeping, so I left that sign on my door. After 2 days housekeeping set out two bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper in a bag on the floor and run front of my room. Soooo thoughtful!!!
Even the screens on the window worked great!
If I come back to Nairobi, which I hope I do, I will definitely choose this hotel!
I would have loved a hotel with ac, but this was nicely offset by a powerful ceiling fan right over the bed. Much appreciated.

Proximity and functionality
Restaurant too small to contain guest at breakfast. It was mostly too rowdy at rush hour.

Breakfast was good.
Perhaps to have a little bit more cash for guests who might want to exchange their foreign currency.
